Last night and early morning things were going from bad to worse, Ania was in such a state and in and out into the garden and her breathing was terrible.
First thing this morning we were off to the vets and when they tested her water sample it showed she had cystitis and was quite poorly. After a pain killing injection and antibiotics we were home and she was sleeping peacefully. I was supposed to keep her quiet but she was determined to go out.
It was so frustrating when we went out this afternoon, we met someone who had only seen her on Thursday and just would not believe there was any thing wrong with her. Again she said to her daughter, see there is nothing wrong with that dog. Ania wagged her tail and wanted her chew thrown for her. If only she could have seen her 15 minutes later when she was gasping for breath and we had to curtail the walk as she found it difficult to breathe.
Tomorrow Fudge goes for his blood tests. I just cannot believe that I have two poorly dogs. As long as number 3 keeps well.
I have decided that we are a vets dream and they will never go broke with me around.
