Day 148 of Ania's Diary.

This is a real setback. Ania is far from well and this has affected her breathing. It could be the antibiotics as she is not running around like a headless chicken anymore. We only managed a couple of turns around the field this afternoon.
Fudge had his appointment in the vets today for his blood tests. No one thought to inform me that he would be staying in and he had to be starved. Luckily he had not had his breakfast so it was decided to give him the first one, let me take him home and feed him, then back in exactly 2 hours for the next blood test. We did this only to find the vet had gone off sick and I had too wait for another vet. The test was done 40 minutes after the time so I was not too happy at all.
A wasted day. Both yesterday and today we wanted to get down to our allotment to sort it out. the dogs go with us but Ania would not be well enough but as it was warmer today she could have gone for an hour or so.

This week is going badly so hope for a better day tomorrow.
